George Fleet Jr., born on January 26, 1958, to the late George Fleet and Marie E. Fleet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He peacefully departed this earthly life on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at PRMC TidalHealth in Salisbury, Maryland.
George attended Gratz High School in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated in 1976. George was drafted into the United States Army in 1979 at Fort Leonardwood, MO. George lived his adult life in Salisbury, Maryland.
George was a laborer and a man of many trades. In his free time, he offered his services training to become a peer support for recovering addicts. He, also served as a deacon at Freedman’s Methodist Church under Pastor Sean Seldon.
George was kindhearted and generous man who loved his family and a good laugh. He always kept the room full of energy and life, with his wild antics and his raw sense of humor. His favorite activity was spending time with his nephew/son K.J. Wyatt and his great niece Kensley and great nephew Kenderick.
George was proceeded in death by two brothers Ricardo Fleet and Steven Dobson-Fleet both of Philadelphia, PA.
George leave to cherish his loving memories: Sister, Dorothy D Fleet-Wyatt (Kenneth) of Delmar, MD; and two nephews Kristoff Cannon and his son like nephew Kenneth C. Wyatt Jr. Three aunts Mary Wise of Glassboro, NJ; Laura Ashlock of Penns Grove, NJ; and Ida Hill of Woodstown, NJ. He also leaves behind the love of his life and soon to have been wife Janie Jenkins and a host of cousins.
