Quinton D. Russ was born and raised in Milford, Delaware on January 11, 1983, to his late parents Alfredia Russ-Durant and Preston Rue Sr. He departed this life on May 3, 2023.
Quinton attended various schools in the Capital and Milford District before enrolling at Woodstock Job Corp Center in Woodstock, Maryland where he completed his education. He worked at various production plants and companies but was a true hustler at heart, a jack of all trades.
"Q.Russ" or "Big Sexy" was a loving son, father, brother, and uncle. He had a special bond with many people and was the life of the party. His laughter and smile would light up the room. He loved going to the casino, bowling, playing cards, shooting pool, and a good dice game.
More than anything he loved spending time with his kids and family. Quinton inherited his passion for the Dallas Cowboys from his father.
Quinton could make you laugh and feel loved just by being in his presence. He got his warm and welcoming spirit from his mother, and his humor and good looks from his father. He was a loving person inside and out and thought the world of his children, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. He made an impression on anyone that entered his life. He was loved by many and will truly be missed.
Quinton was preceded in death by both his parents, Alfredia Russ-Durant; Preston Rue Jr.; two sisters, Shantrell Russ and Desiree Ingram; maternal grandparents, Merrill Russ and Naomi Campbell; paternal grandparents, Preston Rue Sr. and Betty Jackson.
