Star Hill-Richard Samuel Joshua Ramos Peace (Baby Boi) born on October 11, 1987, he departed this life on February 25, 2021 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE.

He received his education in the Caesar Rodney School District and was employed at Atlantic Concrete Company as a truck driver; he also had his own businesses Lawn Barber’s and Towing.

Richard was a genuine, fun, loving, respectful son and person with a pure heart that would help anyone he came in contact with. He represented Star Hill (Hill Top) everywhere he went. He was an early bird, loved the outdoors, never got tired always looked forwarded to chicken and dumpling and sweet potato pie only from his mom-mom Dot. Richard lived for the moment, loved life, laughing, joking, dancing, singing, and his family. He had a passion for bowling, baseball, riding different types of motor cycles, jet skis, fishing and animals especially his dogs and riding horses (Romeo).

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Richard S. Peace paternal grandfather Jose Ramos Sr. - paternal grandmother Juanita Couzerthier, two cousins Juwan and Don'Taijah Peace and his best friend Tyrone Sampson (Wezy).

He leaves to cherish his memories his grandmother Dorothy Peace (Mom-Mom Dot). Father Abraham Ramos, Mother Dolores Peace, six beautiful children Richard, Christian, Semaj Peace, A'Leyah Curtis, Aliannah and Leevi Taylor. Two sisters Anjna Peace, Margaretia Martinez. His brothers Abraham and Manuel Martinez, Lamar Rufus, Brett Scott, Rakeem, Herold and Antwon Peace. His loving aunts Vera Peace, Joanne (unc Monty) Murray, Teresa Peace, Kakia Scott, Madeline Figueroa, Lizette Aturet, Paula Chambers and his special aunt and godmother Sheila Peace (Aunt Real). His uncles Jose Ramos and Angel Colon. Richard had a special space in his heart for Shannon, Aaniyah, Krystal Peace and Amirah Harrigan that he took with him also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a great aunt Eleanor Manlove and many many friends as well as a special friend Desiree Young.

A public viewing will be held at MF Chase United Memorial Church Dover, DE from 5-8 pm A funeral service will be held on March 13, 2021 at 10 am with a viewing one hour prior.
