Terrance Jeremiah Ri’Shea Frisby, affectionately called “Tee” the son of the late Terrance Elzey and Jamie Frisby was born on August 20, 2002, in Seaford, Delaware. He departed this life on Monday, February 27, 2023.
Tee graduated from Sussex Central High School in 2020 where he was actively involved in football and wrestling. Along with being out going, hard headed at time, Tee was definitely a mama’s boy who knew what it meant to be the only son.
His work experience involved Salvation Army and Cheers where he demonstrated compassion, patience, and understanding while working with those with disabilities.
Tee loved music, dancing, and spending quality time with his family and a close bond with his nephew Jason. He enjoyed gaining wisdom through conversation with his elders especially his cousin Isaiah.
